Service Description

The WHOLE PIG ROAST Includes: On-Site Roasting (or off site and delivery) and Buffet Set up. Choose all your sides from our catering menu to fit your event. $1500 Minimum Order, recommend minimum 75-100 guests. Minimum Hog size 50 LBS hanging weight. Estimate $20-$25 Per Plate with two -three sides and rolls. For the Whole Hog Roast we require a 30 Day Booking Notice. Please don't hesitate to ask, if we can, we will. $500 Deposit. Automatic 18% service charge on all orders. This allows us to pay livable wages. If you choose to cancel your event for any reason within 14 days, Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule. Date is not secured until deposit is received. No modifications to orders within 7 days of event.
